ELPA organised the European Liver Screening Week from September 30 to October 4, 2024 at the Esplanade of the European Parliament, Brussels. This event has been organised under the patronage of the European Parliament to promote liver health and offer life-saving screenings.

In 2025, ELPA organised the 2025 Liver Screening Week, held from 29 September to 3 October 2025 in front of the European Parliament in Brussels. Throughout the week, free liver health assessments were offered to all interested individuals. Participation continued to rise, with 500 people screened in 2025, compared with 400 in the previous year, demonstrating increasing public engagement and awareness.
